Vila Emil Costinescu

A model example of urban architecture from the beginning of the twentieth century, with neoclassical influences, the villa was built in 1892 by Emil Costinescu, liberal lead, minister of finance, the most important local industrialist and the owner of several factories in Sinaia (nails factory 1891, timber factory-1879, hydraulic lime factory- 1886).
